Desree’s journey as a sound bath practitioner stemmed from her roots in the fitness world. She spent 28 years as a well-loved and reputable instructor in the industry, teaching multiple formats including yoga, pilates, zumba, high fitness, and barre among others. She loved the physical benefit of exercising, but really what always spoke to her heart was the emotional healing and joy that came from the movement, the music, and the shared space. A few years ago she attended her first sound bath experience in Los Angeles and the power she witnessed move that entire room had a life changing impact. She knew instantly that she wanted spiritual healing to be a part of her personal journey, and to incorporate it into her journey as an instructor so that her students could join her in that space. She has now been guiding sound bath sessions under her own practice for two years.
